Job Description

You will work with our customers, global network of agents, and re-sellers to provide timely and accurate international freight quotes. You will be the primary contact for our freight providers on day-to-day communication. You will negotiate with carriers and agents, work on special projects like landed cost calculations for specific products, OOG, project quotes, etc.

Skills Requirements

- Thorough knowledge of international transportation processes

- Pricing/Quoting experience for all modes (air, ocean, rail, LCL, FCL, ground)

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general industry documentation/communications.

- Ability to present information and respond to questions from customers and partners.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Ability to work with demanding deadlines

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Description

You will work with our customers, our Operations Teams, and our warehouse partners to manage customers’ inventories, process inbound shipments and outbound B2B and B2C orders. You will be responsible for inventory accuracy within the WMS and accuracy of fulfillment orders. Your duties will include:

- Received inventory in WMS

- Prepare work orders for the warehouse staff

- Prepare inventory and shipping reports for management and customers

- Preparing instructions and load plans for warehouse staff and the operations team

- Careful load planning and routing

- Use various systems to manage eCommerce orders, prepare shipping labels, dispatch for pick up.

- Managing recurring monthly billing as well as job specific charges.

Job Description

The candidate will schedule pick ups from ports, CFS stations, and airline terminals nationwide. Duties will also include checking availability, making sure all parties have the necessary documents, releases, and instructions. Vice President of Sales

Job Summary:

The VP of Sales at Freight Right will work as a leader within the company, developing and managing a team of highly motivated and self-driven sales representatives. You will be responsible for increasing the revenue and market share by successfully identifying new channels, customer opportunities, and crafting a winning sales strategy. You will work directly with the CEO, Marketing, Operations, and Finance Teams to develop and execute your sales strategy. You will develop and manage the sales infrastructure, including implementing efficient processes, a new CRM, sales forecasting, and staff training to drive pipeline build, opportunity qualification, close rate, and support revenue growth.

Duties: 

- Measure and report on weekly pipeline development activities. 

- Hire, develop, train, and scale a sales organization including inside sales, account managers, and sales representatives. 

- Coach and inspire the sales team to deliver strong revenue performances. 

- Work directly with sales representatives on target customer identification and account strategies. 

- Work with Data Analysts to make use of business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Experience Required 

- 7+ years of demonstrated sales leadership in logistics, supply chain, or other related fields. 

- Deep understanding of the complex enterprise sales cycle. Proven ability to initiate the process, shepherd it through gating events, and remove barriers to closing.

Job Description

Freight Right is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to process full-cycle AP in a business-to-business environment. You will begin as a part-time employee with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position. 

 

Overview of Responsibilities

- Review open accounts for collection efforts.

- Make collection calls and emails in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.

- Monitor and log responses to collections and follow up with customers as required.

- Maintain accurate and complete customer records as well as build customer relationships and resolve disputes.

- Monitor customer credit limits within the company’s policy.

- Review current accounts receivable processes and procedures and provide suggestions for improvement and automation.

- Track collection activities, reconciliation records, and accounts analysis.

- Cash application of A/R payments (ACH, Wire, Checks, Credit Cards) in the accounting system.

- Assist in Accounts Receivable monthly closing processes.

Job Summary:

This is an outside sales position and the ability to drive to visit customers is a must. Expect to travel to domestic trade events several times a year. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Experience Required

General knowledge of the freight forwarding, logistics, and transportation industry. 

- 5+ years experience in freight forwarding or related sales.

As the Controller, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities including preparation of monthly financial statements, refinement of the company’s accounting and finance infrastructure, a variety of financial analyses, risk management initiatives and various special projects. The Controller will closely partner with the CFO to analyze the company’s financial results, develop financial projections and provide assistance with fundraising due diligence.

- Analyze competitors rates to identify inconsistencies with our own tariff. Negotiate with carriers and agents. Compile rates to increase door to door coverage in given origin/destination pairs.

- Work with reseller partners to provide tariff rates. Work on special projects like landed cost calculations for specific products, OOG and project quotes, etc.

Skills Requirements

- Thorough knowledge of international transportation processes, including export and import related charges for air freight, ocean (LCL and FCL) as well as project cargo.
